Looking aft. Integral water tank ends in foreground, fuel tanks mid ships under the pilot house sole. Note 1200 5/16" holes punched in the frames, done before plating. I wasn't smart enough to do them on the raw stock, but did them when the framing was complete. They're used to attach cleats, bulkheads, etc., all done with stainless 1/4"-20s. They're 5/16" so there's room for paint. It was a 2 man job handling that whitney punch, took about 2 1/2 days, but it sure beat drilling them. Next
